Hi. I need a skype like application to make a video call application but the concept of contacts and other users management should be like whatsapp. Total project cost is negotiable. Nead Neat and clean software. To get awarded a the candidates have to undergo a preliminary test. The awarded person will get the initial mile stone of $100. Project prototype and working module should be finished in month and full UI and complete project should be deliverable at the end of May.
