Android Test Bed For Reviewing Apps

I need to get Android running on my PC, I don't care how it's accomplished but it's been done before. I'll be reviewing Android apps for YouTube so I'll need to screen record Android when it's running on my PC. You can see Android running in a desktop environment in this video: [login to view URL] Since I'm posting this to a group of Android developers I'm assuming this isn't a difficult task... the SDK might even have the ability to run apps within the emulator... I don't know. I could use this today so let me know asap. I will be willing to pay $75. Terry
