Android SMS Monitoring and SMS Sending App

I'd like an Android app that sets up auto replies to sent SMSs: 1 After every SMS sent via any SMS app it detects the sent SMS and displays status bar notification like “SMS sent to +447227854645” 2 Click on the notification displays pop over current screen 3 buttons (like Twilight app does): [ Set auto reply for +447227854645 ] [ Notify me for +447227854645 next time ] [ Never notify for +447227854645 ] 3 Clicking first button displays a pop over dialogue where the user enters an automatic reply text for this number and a calendar to select the earliest date and time this automatic reply should be sent. This dialogue also has a checkbox "Disable this auto reply if a SMS is received from +447227854645 before this date" 4 When another SMS is received from +447227854645 if it is AFTER the earliest auto reply date, the auto reply is sent and status bar notification “Auto reply sent to +447227854645” and the auto reply rule is deleted (so it does not run again). Clicking on this notification dismisses it. 5 If the "Disable this auto reply if a SMS is received from +447227854645 before this date" is checked and SMS is received from +447227854645 BEFORE the date the user entered, a status bar notification “SMS received from +447227854645, auto reply disabled” is shown. Clicking on this notification displays a pop over current screen with buttons (like Twilight app) [ Re-activate auto reply to +447227854645 ] [ Do not re-activate auto reply to +447227854645 ] 6 The app needs to work for any phone number and allow each phone number to have a custom auto reply set. The auto reply text box is pre-filled with the last auto reply the user typed in, but can be changed. 7 If successful, I will also require an iPhone version. Thanks
