The apps will need to support an ad network with geo targeted ads and also have the ability to have geo targeted direct sold apps and push notifications. The websites are news websites. The apps should have the ability to store 30 articles per category for offline reading. The apps for Arab democrat will be bi-lingual with the option to select between the arabic version and the english one.
