Android Camera tuning for barcode scanner

We have a barcode reader application for Android (mobiScan 128) that we would like to improve decoding performance for. It seems to not process well in low lighting. We are looking to improve our decoding speed, especially in low light. We believe we require better image pre-processing, before decoding. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Android 2.1+
