Android App With Nice And Smooth Transition Effects

I need an android app which will display list of data from database. I'll provide the screen designs. Screens are simple but I want very nice n smooth transition effects upon changing screens. App should download latest database from Internet upon clicking update button. I'll b very strict with development timeline and requirement.
