Hello, Do you have any more core features or requirements for the app other then sharing of location by the users ? First of all, let me tell you NOT to accept any projects over $3k bid for this kind of project, I myself had to make a $5k bid because thats the minimum you set. Do not be ripped off, what you are asking in its simplest way would cost around $500-750 depending on what you require. A social network integrated site to share user locations and possibly add google places or foursquare API for hot spots and locations to suggest or party out like waze would cost $3k~ If you have skype, add me on skype and we can discuss your project in more details and I can probably add my own suggestions and ideas, since I was invited to work on 2 projects related to geolocation taxi service and geolocation based social network.
