Required to develop two experimental Apps (one on Android and one on I-phone, both actually have the same functions). If you are confident and have the ability to develop an app similar to whatsapp, you are welcome to apply. Your knowledge should include uploading and downloading parameters via the server, build up a database using uploaded parameters for data management, etc. Must be present in Hong Kong since occasional meetings will be required. No deadline is set although early completion is expected. Fixed price of HK$5,000 is set.
