Android App Proof of Concept

We are looking for qualified Android developers to assist us with an app proof of concept. We have a specific task that our app needs to perform very well. It must act at as a web proxy to relay authenticated http and https requests to specific websites of our choice. If this proof of concept works and works well enough to justify wrapping an app around it, we will continue development of a specialized application.
