Hi There I understand that you want to process emails address from excel file but I think you meant SES template instead of SNS coz SNS just provides different invoke endpoints unlike SES which is specifically designed for emails. BTW I'll use Lambda to process the events keeping in mind that the excel will be uploaded to S3. This will help to save cost by 95%.. Seriously. :) BTW I'm a super expert in AWS.
