Description I am looking for a "virtual" assistant capable of carrying out a number of diverse tasks for me, and in this particular case on behalf og The Global Ability Initiative. A non profit venture that is working to better the everyday lives of people suffering from for example, Aphasia, MS, ALS, Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions. We will start off with a smaller project but a successful execution of this task could most probably result in further assignments. The person I'm looking for needs to understand the hard work volunteers have put into making The Global Ability Initiative what it is today and must be interested in helping to push towards the goals and assist in bringing forward the ideas and concepts that make us unique. ***************** PART ONE ***************** Your first assignment is quite simple, identify doctors offices within a radius that you can reach within 1 hrs. from your home, you may suggest better fitting location. You need to identify name of doctors offices, and the name of the doctors working there. A minimum of 10 doctors offices identified will be required for this part of the task to be considered successful. But the more you get the easier your next task will be. The full names and contact information for these must all be written down online for me in a wiki. I shall provide a brief explanation for you on how to do that once we get that far. It will be accepted you spend 1-2 hrs. of working time in order to complete that task. ***************** PART TWO ***************** The next thing I need you to do is to read and understand some presentation material from The Global Ability Initiative regarding what they do, that you will need to present to said doctors. Material is attached to this posting and a url with link to a video will also be provided should you be chosen for this assignment. I will accept you spending 2 hrs. reading and understanding the material. ***************** PART THREE ***************** Once you have understood the material, your task is to arrange a small presentation for said doctors that you have already identified using the material you have been provided in task 1 and 2. Once you have presented the material you must attempt to obtain the support of said doctors for said charitable project. This is done by getting them to sign and stamp a declaration of support, the declaration is included with this project posting. Used time should before presentations are made be at a maximum of 4 hrs. The rest of the time, up to a total of 20 hrs. I'd like you to go and present said material for the doctors you have identified and retrieve a signature from said doctors on the support declaration we are providing. If you can identify more doctors and potentially other health personnel and present the project for them within the given time and get a declaration of support from them as well, a bonus to the salary will be considered. You can find the support declaration in attachments accompanying this project listing. You should if your local language is not listed on the declaration translate the text into your local language, according to instructions you will receive once we engage in cooperation. Once you have retrived the signature, remember to do so before leaving the doctors office, you move on to the next doctor. I would prefer not having to contact the signees following their signing (see the different options to cross off on the declaration). But in any case I will need full contact details on the signees. Finally you scan the signed papers and email them to me, also you post them in an A4 envolope as airmail to me so that I get the originals as well. Once I receive the originally signed papers in their original form, I will release the funds for the project. ***************** TASK COMPLETED ***************** Access and ability to use SKYPE for one on one calls required, you need to provide me with your SKYPE name and give me the best times to call you. It is required that you are able to communicate both in English as well as in the native language of the country where this job is executed, if English is not the native language used where you live. This project can only be paid at a relatively low rate i.e. at the most 5 US$ pr. hour. Don't bother bidding higher. I know it is far from an ideal salary proposal, but this project listing is made in order to benefit the work of a non profit organization that is working to provide completely free software to the disabled.
