Adjusting an existing Excel Sheet

Existing excel file is creating different documents like invoices, offers, reminders. This can be selected in sheet "Input" C26.
The file has different sheets.
There is a sheet "Formular" where i can create a document like an invoice.
In this sheet there is a button "Rechnung buchen".
Here i need additional function:
When clicking on "Rechnung buchen" right now it should create next invoice number.
NEW: I would also like that the system adds all inputs in related journal sheet when clicking on this button.
If document is invoice then it should be moved into invoice journal.
Each document should have its own journal sheet. invoice journal, offer journal,.....
This journals should contain all data to print out the invoice a second time.
The journals data should not use relations to the other sheets. In case text in other sheets are changing
it should not have any affect on the journal.
I will also need a function in journal for printing out the invoice.
Second:
i should have a statistic sheet.
In this sheet i would like to be able to select a Month and the journal type (e.g. invoice journal).
When selecting invoice journal and selecting a month month i should get a table of all invoices within the selected month.
I would like to see:
"Rechnung-Nr." = Invoice Number
"Datum" = Date of invoice
Name of customer
Company name
"Kunden-Nr." = customer-number
"Summe vor Mwst" = total without tax
"Zzgl. Mwst.(in%)" = total amount of tax
"Gesamtbetrag" = total with tax
