I require to a library writed in as3 to enable my application to open an external pdf from inside the application. I can provide a socket based library programed in as3 that just need to be fixed or you can start from the scratch with your own resources. This work should be done in max 2 days.

Hiya. I've worked extensively with AIR/AS programs. Currently maintaining 3 different individual software through their life-cycle. Bidding on the low side so I can get a foot in the door here on Freelancer since I'm new but don't let that say anything negative about my efficacy. In any case, if selected I'd love to see the original library so I could make a quick decision if I need to write something from scratch or not.

You could use HTMLLoader class which is only available for AIR only. I have the wrapper for this PDF loader function, so you could load it within your AIR application. It is better if I extend your current application. Let me know.
