BOOKKEEPING SERVICES

Small service business based in the Sydney CBD (a single Pty Ltd company) requires a bookkeeper/ATO registered tax agent. Office attendance is not required but reliable Internet access and residency in Sydney is as attending meetings with our Accounting firm from time-to-time maybe required. Must be experienced and competent Xero and online banking.

In general, a bookkeeper will be required to process the following:

Monthly requirements

♣ Salaries & wages (with variable timesheets) twice monthly (by 14th & last bus day of month)

♣ Compulsory superannuation reconciliation & payment

♣ Reimbursement of expenses

♣ Approximately 75 – 100 banking transactions p.m. to be reconciled

♣ Load creditor payments & wages into Xero & CommBiz for authorisation (
