An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to work with our team on a contract basis. With a mature Financial and strategic practice already in place it is important that you bring your own knowledge and ideas to the table. Working closely with our Industry partners to deliver client briefs you will also be mentored by our strategy and finance partner.

The key components required in this role is an individual that has a strong capability to undertake operational, financial and strategic assessments of client business performance and trends.

Functional Requirements:

• Prepare and document operational and financial forecasts of client business performance

• Assess and research strategic issues facing clients or the broader industry in which clients participate

• Undertake financial cost benefit analysis of projects, pricing and other business analysis

• Prepare and contribute to the development of business cases for clients

Ability:

• Sound understanding of strategic financial management

• Able to model and clearly link outcomes to strategy, options or other goals

• Able to simply tell the story behind the “numbers”

• Ensure the numbers make sense and are reliable

• Financial and business acumen demonstrated by experience

Experience level required:

• 7 years experience in a similar role (not essential)
