Accountant Needed Australian Company
$2-25 AUD / hour
We are a small but growing Audio Visual Installation company based in Melbourne Australia and we are looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to help maintain our books in order.
The main role would include the following tasks:
• General Bookkeeping
• Submiting Tax Returns and BAS's to the ATO
• Systemizing accounting processes
• Maintaining track of inventory levels
• Tracking KPI's of Sales Team
• Report performance of Installation Technicians (i.e. Budget vs Actual Hours)
• Profit loss of each job
• Invoicing Customers
• Progress billing
• Following up outstanding invoices
• Paying bills
• Budgeting
• Maintaining Payroll
• Lodgement of BAS and End OF Year
You must be experienced with the following:
• Xero, Reckon⁄Quickbooks
• Xero Add-Ons - GeoOp or Workflowmax, Unleashed/Tradegecko
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced - Macros, etc..)
Must be able to provide references within Australia

• Following up outstanding invoices
• Paying bills
• Budgeting
• Lodgement of BAS and End OF Year, fully conversant with local Tax laws.
You must be experienced with the following:
• Xero, Reckon⁄Quickbooks
• Xero Add-Ons - GeoOp or Workflowmax, Unleashed/Tradegecko
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced - Macros, etc..)
Must be atleast 02 years experienced working for a company within Australia in similar roles.
