I could work for you, as I have a prior experience with this kind of job: Assistant Manager at ERA Shopping Park Commercial Center, ERMES HOLDING SRL, Iasi Administrative Aug 2012 - Nov 2013 Support the Center Manager in developing specific activities, involvement in activities of Finance & Accounting, Technical and Marketing Departments: - updating, writing and transmitting specific documents / reports of the Commercial Center; planning the agenda of the Center's Manager, writing minutes, correspondence/document management, answering telephone calls, providing protocol services; - drafting contracts (lease / service agreements) and addendums; - centralizing data and compiling monthly reports to be sent to headquarters; - mediating relationships between landlord and tenants or service providers; Back-up for the Financial & Accounting Department: - invoicing / collecting rents, tracking payments made by tenants and debt recovery; - preparing supplier invoices and payment orders, sending them to headquarters.
