See this Outline .. ​Word count is siplited as, Introduction, 1500-2000 Literature review, 3500-4000 Methodology, 3000-3500 Analysis, 2000-2500 Conclusion and Recommendation, 1500-2000 Apendix and References are not counted in word count. In Methodology u will use regression Nd then make observations and then analyse it. For regresision u need to have independent variables as well. You need to have at least 60-75 companies to compare with of both UK and Germany. You have to use regression as well so take variables and make regression model. You can use the journal from the write "Dhaliwal " 2012. You will see he has use the model and variables. I want you to take both FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 listed companies to compare with. The methodology in proposal was fail. SO plz try to focus more on it and you can use previous studies on same topic to take help on research. Also please do not use banks as company. Also please, as we are comparing both countries so we will have to explain the facts of both countries separately and then compare. You have to use econometrics in regression So in model you compare both countries and then analyse, U have to do separate regressions for both countries.
