Result and Discussion Chapter:
The project data and results will be provided later, just discuss the result how is the project prices are decreased from 2007-2010 during the crisis, the discussion will be as per the total project price per square foot and per items as classified in the attached results and add one subject to discuss the risk items during the tendering stage and how to avoid them, and what is the common mistakes in the tendering stage which will cause that risk, and after that discussion develop a construction cost mathematical model and discuss it , in this you have to do the following:
1. Based on the historical record the companies can estimate the number of the projects per year, and the total project prices per year.
2. From cost account ... companies can count the total yearly expenses
3. These yearly expenses will be distributed as amount on the number of the project which is expected to be found every year (refer point 1) with the disregard the direct and indirect cost, all will be as a direct cost and will be added to the project as a figure and not as a percentage.
4. this annual plan should be prepared for every year and should be updated quarterly, if the actual with the plan then go ahead, if the actual coming project are more than plan then the over head will be reduced for the next coming projects and if they are less they over head should be increased or put a methodology to get more project at the balance timing to keep the over head same.
5. The profit will be decided as per the company requirements and situation and should be updated quarterly also.
Conclusion and Recommendation Chapter: which will be based on the mentioned above.
