Dear TALENTED PEOPLE..i live in uk and i am currently studying an access to law diploma.. i need a research project written for me within 10days maximum..the title i have chosen is...IS THERE TOO MUCH RELIANCE UPON PSYCHIATRIC TESTIMONY IN THE COURT OF LAW TODAY?...the idea is that do these so called expert professional witnesses deserve so much power in law..because a lot of people say psychiatry is pseudo science..and their power to make a decision on your mental health without meeting u or simply by speculating what ur behaviour will be based on past behaviours is wrong..or do they make good judgments that help us keep bad criminals off the streets...so basically arguing about whether or not we should rely upon these experts to tell us what judgment should be passed on the defendant..please see my initial proposal for the class attached..and mainly if you can follow this..although here it looks like i have made up my mind about my position..i want you to make the research for both sides and then conclude with my argument that psychiatry is a fraud and not based on real science.. along with proposal please see the report structure which is needed..and also see brief ctieria from the college...you dont have to follow the book which i quote on my proposal..i was going to do this myself but now i have to focus on something else so this must be done by one of you..thank you for time..i hope your serious about getting this done..
