Assignment should “attack” your HR experience or the HR problem affecting organisations from a theoretical and also practical perspective. Format of the Assignment · The Assignment must respect the following standards: · The format of paper is the A4 model. · The margins must be 2.5 cm. · The text must be 1.5line spacing and Times character size 12 or 11-point Arial font. · The footnotes should be presented in single space and in smaller character. · The terms in a foreign language or in Latin must be written in italics (e.g. a priori). · The length of the Individual Assignment should be from 15 to 20 pages (without appendixes).
