They have approached you to prepare a report focusing on the following: a) Identify and describe business and technology issues facing Heinz in growing its market share and profitability. b) Evaluate and Recommend the design requirements and appropriate Information Systems for the intended Heinz multi-channel business system and how do they address the major issues. c) Critically assess the barriers Heinz are likely to face in justifying, developing, implementing, and evaluating its new business system and what approaches are needed to overcome them.
