Build a simple ASP email referral script

I need a simple email referral script written in ASP
Here are the functions it needs to have.
The HTML form that it will work from will look something like this...
Your Name_________________ Your Email _______________________
Site URL ______________________________
Your comments about this site________________________________
Friend 1 email ____________________________
Friend 2 email ____________________________
Friend 3 email ____________________________
Friend 4 email ____________________________
Friend 5 email ____________________________
The script would then send an HTML email to each friend
The email would be personalized useing the senders information provided. (I am not sure to what degree this could be accomplished. At the least it will need to have the sender's name in the subject line. At best it will have the sender's name and email address in the from feild and sender's email address in the reply to field plus their name again in the subject line
The email would include a link to the website proviced by the sender
The email would include in the body the comment provided by the sender
The scrip shall also allow me to place a hidden field in my form that inlcudes text about the website. This hidden field will also be placed in the body of the emails that get sent out.
the script should varify that the email addresses supplied are in proper format.
The script would allow me to include a redirect link as a hidden field in my form where the person would be redirected after they submit.
"CDONTS", "CDOSYS" or "JMail". These are the three email components that the script should recognize and be able to use for sending email.
