Business Partner Needed

I currently have a webdesign/hosting site that is 99% completed and fully integrated with H-Sphere hosting control panel. What I am looking for is to partner with a company that can market my site and generate revenue for the webhosting/Web design side of the site. This is what i am looking for Someone to make the site extremely search engine friendly and market it online. This should be a continual process and there is a budget available for advertising if needed. Copy for the site should be enhanced and made more attractive. What I will offer ALL Design custom design projects generated through the site will be passed onto the winning bidder for their company to build(exclusively) and percentage ratio of fees shall be shared. All hosting and support for clients will be managed by me along with fees etc. (this is negotiable so possibility of first month hosting fees going to winning freelancer for new clients) Powerful Hosting offered at no charge for winning freelancer to support multiple domains for there own clients etc. The website shall be marketed offline via newspapers etc in the local area so traffic and business shall be generated via this also. I am looking for a trustworthy business partner who has long term goals in mind - They must be creative and highly skilled and there is the possibility of large amounts of work through this venture.
