I had this project started by a company called Influx Web Technologies and they have left the project unfinished.
All the banner positions on the right hand side of the homepage and internal pages need to rotate (currently only the bottom one does) The homepage should be limited to 8 visible and 10 visible on the internal pages. There could be up to a total of approx 80 banners that rotate through these positions
