Developer to create a web app in asp

The project requires: - Secure login - MVC awareness - Mobile optimisation - MS SQL - ASP The tool will be a small table where users can enter a label for the field they'd like to measure, and each month log their performance against this metric. The tool would then show previous months' performances, with a option to track progress as an ongoing graph. The tool would also be views via a mobile device, and would need to be optimised accordingly.
