Customize Sharepoint's Document Library for filing documents and set up document level permission based on predefined template. The application should be running on Office 365 (Sharepoint Online P1 plan). A testing environment can be provided if necessary. The development time should be no longer than 2 weeks.
Technical Requirements:
-SharePoint Online/365 Experience
-Form design
-View design
-Workflow creation
-Document level permission
-No need to handle/provide e-signature / digital signature feature. The main purpose of the system is to store the contracts and all contracts are just a normal pdf document.
