C# Contact Database and Form

I need one form (Contacts), two database tables (Contacts and FieldConfig), and two C# Class (Contact, Configuration). The Contact form must be part of a MasterPage and reside within the Content. Updates to the form should be completed via the ASP.NET AJAX framework. Creating, retrieving and updating Contact information in the database must be actionable via an AJAX request (using the UpdatePanel is fine). Each field of the form must provide a method for alerting the users to error (either via AJAX validation as the user moves from field to field, or during the Save operation). Fields in error should be reported as having a RED border. This development is part of a larger system. If successful, I will have much more development work for the successful developer.
