The application will send and escalate emails for pending changes within IT infrastructure using the database of the Remedy system and uses the HR database for escalating to the next level The project will use two databases Remedy and HR i, The highlighted with yellow is the logic of that explain each process and the text in below is the template that will be send out. One process will require to be escalated to the first level supervisor the rest will be sent immediately to analyst The application requires to log the information that is sent so we can run a report later on.
