ASP.Net 4 w/Telerik Ajax RadControls

This project is designed to give me a "jump start" in developing my expected large scale project. It will ultimately be a Web 2.0 RIA Line of Business Web Application using ASP.Net 4 Framework with Telerik Ajax RadControls. May use other 3rd party controls at a later date such as ComponentArt, Infragistics, Dundas, etc. See attached doc for more details. There will be future mini-projects I will need to expedite overall project development. Experienced developers only. Must have experience with building enterprise, highly scalable web apps using ASP.Net 4 Framework. Why? Because I need the initial design to be structured with the end-goal in mind. While my eventual project is NOT an accounting web app, it will be that large or larger in terms of modules, number of screens, etc. I am projecting 12-18 months after launch to have 1,000+ subscribers. The app will need to scale to 3,000 - 5,000 subscribers. I am open to your design/structure suggestions. However, I do not want to use MVC because IMO, it creates unnecessary coding overhead. My background includes 35+ years of software development mainly on mainframe and desktop apps and some static web sites. I have not done much development in the past 5 years. From the detail project specs you will see that I am wanting two quotes. I have not put in a budget, but am open to fair quotes. I understand quality has a price . . . . to a point. (a) Project Only (b) Project with Tutorial Documentation You may quote Project Only or both. Regarding the Tutorial Documentation. I want this to be a Step-By-Step Tutorial w/Screenshots from project start to the end. Consider this as an ebook on how to develop the Mini-Project. This includes detail all code added, files created, etc. You can do video tutorial, similar to those on www.asp.net if that is easier and less expensive. I do not care where you are located, but you must have excellent English communication skills. This includes both written and verbal.
