ASP.NET MS SQL Web Based Application

ASP.NET / MS-SQL WEB-BASED APPLICATION FORM (For experienced ASP.NET developers) The application to developed is a simple web-based database for collecting information from one form. The application will allow a logged-in user to add new entry and edit existing entry. Modules (pages): -Login page with retreive password feature -A search module is available to allow the user to find existing entry (with pagination for results) -An export to CSV feature will be available for all entries, or selected entries -An export to HTML will export one entry into a templated html file -Dropdown editor, to allow the admin to change the dropdowns content -New/Edit user module (Firstname, Lastname, Email, Password) -The main form (with possibility to edit existing entries) - about 80 fields - no wizard (everything on one page) Database: The database of the application will only have three table (very simple database structure): -form entry (about 80 columns) -dropdown content -login/password list Specifications: -There is two level of access: USER / ADMIN -The admin user has the following additional features: add new user and edit dropdowns -Application must be fully working with IE7 and FF3. -You will have to create a nice yet simple HTML / CSS -Some fields will have simple javascript validation (password, email, mandatory fields) -The form to add entry has a lot of checkboxes and dropdown (about 80) but simple -The form will be on one page but will feature \"expandable\" section (click on one option will roll more checkboxes) -Each field in the form will include a css layer for inline documentation -The code must be done for future translation (no hard coded text, use variables) -You will have to write a mini howto on how to install the application on the production server Notes: -Please do not bid for this project if you don't have at least 3 years of checkable experience with ASP.NET and MS-SQL. -A more detailed project specification document can be provided upon request.I need this within 1 hour.
