Auction/sale site clone

Site will have similar features to ebay. -User will register and create an account where they can sell merchandise. -Registered user will be able to upload photo of item for sale and give description. they will choose catagory for item and time to sell. -Non registered users can search merchandise based on similar search function on ebay -user must register to see contact information for seller of merchandise. registered users can rate/vote on users who sell merchandise. I have a lot of code and upload function code is done where photo is named and saved in directory. See history of my projects. I have posted many here and am looking for individuals in different countries to work with on several new projects I want to work with individual and not company/firm/etc. I will also look for responce and PM from people who take time to understand what I want or ask more detail.
