ASP.NET Application

Need a highly skilled ASP.NET developer to develop an Administration interface in ASP.NET (Visual Basic). Our hosting platform currently only offers .NET 2.0 with the possible upgrade to .NET 3.0. The interface is to be a clone of a combination of existing interfaces I found on the Internet - but using purely HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, ASP, ASP.NET technologies. The interface I wish to clone can be found here: <[login to view URL]> and <[login to view URL]>. The coder needs to be able to complete the graphic elements as well as the code elements. The user experience needs to be smooth and quick with minimal page refreshes required to navigate around the various functions - the use of AJAX will help achieve this. The coder will need to have good expertise to achieve this. Ideally the coder will also be able to provide input on Database design. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform ASP.NET (Visual Basic), ASP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Maximum version of .NET 2.0. We may be able to upgrade this to .NET 3.0 or .NET 3.5.
