ASP, CSS & Javascript - Bug Fix & Documentation

There are 2 tasks for this simple project: 1) I have an ASP page that was working perfectly until a few weeks ago. It has a Facebook like and Google Plus feature on the top right of the page. I did not change the code but suddenly in Internet Explorer, the top right navigation and search box is no longer aligned. You can see this problem in Internet Explorer and Firefox. 2) For this same ASP, I want you to add existing code and comments / documentation on how it works for: - the four social media icons in the middle of hte page (Facebook, Twitter, G+, LinkedIn) - the three tabs (Business Details, Franchises, Questions) - the slider code (Locked: Slide to right then click Contact Seller) This code was developed by another programmer, but I don't know how it works. This should be an easy fix, and I am looking for someone who can do this now. Please let me know.
