Buying application source code exclusive rights

I'm looking for marketing or sales help to find applications for exclusive purchase. I'm not sure where to advertise or who to contact. I am planning on building an entire portfolio of application ownership. These would be applications that are not selling very well, have gone out of style, or perhaps were built for a client who did not pay, etc. The apps must be written in C#, C++, Obj C, HTML5/JS and Java. I'm looking for completed applications with full source code and exclusive rights. The application must have end user documentation and source code documentation. The apps must compile in the latest compiler versions. The seller must own full rights that are unencumbered by any claims against the app and must indemnify me of any claims. The applications can be of any category (CRM, finance, developer oriented, word processing, inventory control, it doesn't matter). This bid request is for a sales or marketing professional to help me devise a plan for finding these applications to acquire their exclusive IP rights.
