Ajax - Zen Cart Mod -Ajax Needed Fix

We have a custom module made for me and the developer is no longer around. It has errors with it and it conflicts also with a dynamic price modules also.

There is one functionality that the rewriting image with the added text and and logo is not displaying the image properly.

code clash between the dynamic price module and engrave module.

The requirement:

To load an image over another image( an image grid) and be able to drag and resize it. It is also required to save the exact position of the image and the generate a new image for reference (as a dynamic product). In addition to which it is also required to do the same for text. (place dynamic text on the background image ( an image grid ) with ability to position where required.

The site already has the capability of loading an image and ability to drag and resize.

It is important that

1. you understand what we need fixed

2. you quote it accordingly and low price to fix

3. Offer an alternative if needed to resolve
