Convert PSD to HTML pixel perfect - can start right away.

Hello Everyone! This is RE POST of my project. One developer ruined my 3 important days and wasted my time a lot. So no time waster1 I have 8-9 PSDs need to be done in html/jQuery. I need it urgent. I want PIXEL PERFECT. What you see what you get. Should working in all browsers including IE 7 and upgrade versions. HOME PAGE is already done in html but need few more editing in it. So it is upto you if you want to create html again with your own style or work in existing. But I need all in one folder. not a separate folder for each html. PAYMENT: No Upfront, no escrow.
