Ajax Sortable Wishlist + Auto Generate Order in Magento

I need a Magento specialist to make the Wishlist in Magento be able to sort the order of items with Ajax. The wish list would be come a Queue like a netflix que. I would like to be able to drag and drop to reshuffle the wish list so there is an order of 1-15 for example. additionally i would like to build a feature to auto generate a New Magento order for a customer every 30 days with the first item in their wishlist. Item would be removed from their wishlist after the order is auto-generated. Basically this is for a subscription service website. customer will add items to a Wishlist (queue) and we would need to create an invoice/order by selecting the first item from their wish list. item would be removed and in the next 30 days, the next item would be billed and shipped.
