Project Overview I am looking for an experienced developer/automation specialist to build an automated property deal-sourcing and analysis system for a property flipping business. The strategy is: Find property → analyse comparable sales → estimate resale value → calculate maximum purchase price → calculate expected profit → track auction/offer → purchase → renovate → sell.
