We had awarded the project to Ardi Z @zardi03 on Freelancer.com First he tried to upgrade us from 6.4 to 7.0 which we originally wanted. He wanted us to upgrade our server so we did. But he still couldn't upgrade Vtiger to version 7.0 saying it is not compatible with PHP 7.xx. He said he could upgrade it to 6.5. We agreed and he said he completed that. We paid him and gave him a 5 star feedback. Next day we noticed that the Mail Manager was not working and we could not create workflows. We messaged him but no response. My client has a very specific report that current vtiger reporting platforms cannot create. We are looking for a bank statement style report that links Organisations, Assets, Cashflow modules and presents them in as income then expenditure. This report needs to be exported to a PDF for email or printing.
