We're a non-profit trying to re-purpose a 2 story building built in the late 80's. Currently it's being used for shower/bath rooms, laundry facility, library, maintenance garage, and the 2nd floor is unused due to comments by campers it's not safe. I'm on the Board of Directors and would like an assessment completed to not only find out if the building is sound for gathering on the second floor but also what it would take to update and have full use out of the existing structure/footprint. Most likely this will turn out to be a full remodel in the most cost effective way possible.

Need to have the audio fixed on a podcast file. I have started the process in Audition using the DeReverb tool, but I have run out of time. I need the rest of the audio completed asap. I have also used the DeNoise tool to remove some breath noises. I have been very subtle in my use of the DeReverb tool so not to "choke" the sound of the speaker. The second speaker also needs his volume increased to match the first speaker. (He sat too far away from the microphone). The whole file is 22 minutes long and I have already completed up to 3:41.
