Independant worker in architecture in need of Revit 3D modeler for making an architectural 3D model.

We need a custom Autocad pattern file that follows a custom geometry. The file supplied shall be a ".PAT" and be possible to be used in Autodesk Revit. Please look at the attached Autocad file that shows geometry that the pattern shall be based from. It is basically squares that overlap in 1 corner. It is allowed to make minor geometric adjustments within 1 mm tolerance if necessary in order to create that pattern file. Please just bid after checking the specific autocad file and the the job that needs to be done. IF you are not familiar with working with patterns please do not bid as we need this job to be delivered as soon as possible.

I am designing a home using six 40 ft high cube shipping containers and need help with engineering and detailing openings for walls and windows and for the removal of container walls. This will be a single level home. See the attached drawings. Final placement and size of windows and doors has not yet been determined. Architectural drawings are available in Revit 14. Cad drafting of final design is not required but sketches and notation adequate for preparation of Construction drawings are required. The project is in Colorado USA. Ground snow loads are 40 psf. A roof structure spanning the 16 ft of the double wide containers will be needed. Please indicate your experience with similar construction and reuse of shipping containers.

Revit Api manual can be found here: Basically what I want is to have a button that when pressed ask to select an element in a section view and then it outpus the centerline curves of the rebar as detail lines with dimenision annotatins as text fields (see the picture) To get the centerlines and segment lengths is really easy (like 10 lines or so, actually I can provide this code if usefull) but then comes the hard part of annotating and grouping&moving the curves somewhere on the section view. Keep in mind that out of plane selected reinforcement must be rotated in 3d such to be represented on the current section view.
