An extended formula was made for me. The formula enabled for each row, there was a drop-down menu that I could select which food and this would sync the food, protein, carbohydrate, dietary fibre and dietary fat for the specific food selected I would be able to adjust the numbers to calculate the calories and macronutrients for the food.
