When you access the site from a mobile device the menu disappears when you scroll down past the initial links. If you click on one of the links above the fold the links work fine. I have a custom php website - similar to Smarty Templates and CodeIgniter - I can usually install it on other hosts in literally 5 minutes, but I want to install it locally on a LapTop (that I only have remote access to via AnyDesk), so that it can be accessed through the Chrome Browser like normal. The website is currently on a Linux VPS with WHM and CPanel and we can download the .sql file and a zip of the main folder pretty quickly directly to the Laptop (I'm actually about to start working on that part now).
