I need to create a marketplace for selling blocks for the websites like header, footers, menu, sliders etc all that will be needed in website. I have created one website builder like weebly too and i need to change its CSS. More details i will be give to desired freelancers. thanks.

I am looking for someone to help either build a new crowdfunding site or knows how to tweak a crowdfunding Wordpress theme. I have designed the UI/UX of the website all on Weebly, but the problem is that I do not know how to do the back-end/database that connects everything within the website. 1.) I have acquired a Weebly website that currently has very little structure to it. I need it to be redesigned to look more modern. I also need to add some sort of news feed from news sources related to the station(can be RSS). The new site does not need to be made in Weebly.
