I want to have a project crafted in galvanized steel. The project is for my backyard. In order to have it made, the metal shop needs a 3d model. So, I need a 3d model of a corrugated culvert pipe. I then need that model split into 4 separate pieces. Each of those pieces will then need to have a lip put on one side and a location indicator for bolts. Basically, for transporting and moving of the project later, I need the pipe to be able to be split into identical pieces. These pieces could be stack on one another for transporting of storing. The bolt holts would be to hold the pieces together and take apart. Very simple. I haven't used any CAD program in years. I thought I could knock this out in an hour... I was wrong. This is a crankshaft for a model 4 cylinder engine I'm building. Overall dimensions are 18mm x 98mm. Material choice is up to you, I just want it to be metal.
