The main objective is: Have an area in my current system where those responsible for care: 1) Be warned that there is a connection 2) The system recognizes through the telephone number that the person is already registered in the system and displays the data on screen 3) If the Person is not registered, he must inform on screen 4) If the registration exists and the person responsible for the service is approved, it will be possible to access another screen and assign the bid to the person in the desired lot. I have set up an auctio site for a client and have a bug problem and an alteration. Firstly when an auction ends the system is not sending out an email to either the purchaser or the seller. My client would like the phone number and dob on the register form to be optional and not required in order to post the form. What's different to scriptlance/elance: No payment system (escrow) We need an affiliate system that allows us to identify who told the new user about our system. Therefore we need a special field in the database of the seller. The seller is able to bid on auctions for free with the user who told him about our system. If the buyer decides to pay a monthly fee plus transaction fees (fee per bid), he can bid on all auctions in our system.
