Contest Brief
Requirements.
A professional cross browser layout, designed for tablet devices that scales to desktop browsers.
I do not require a mobile friendly version as the apps themselves will not scale down and will be built separately.
As such my current design is fixed to a center width of 998px. Not the most elegant design.
The layout will be used with PHP as a template, so a HTML and CSS file is all that is required.
Not built with a framework like word press. If javascript is used, jQuery is to be used.
I am after a template for content to be inserted into. As well as the navigation menu.
Only the template and navigation is required as all content is dynamically created.
As it will have a maximum width on a desktop.
An extra option that would be nice would be to able to attach (or remove) a CSS class to make it the width of the screen for certain pages that might contain data like graphs.
The menu system should be multi layered. Horizontal or vertical doesn't matter.
Here are some examples to help explain, not required to be used.

Site overview.
Provide accounting and business services / applications.
To clarify my needs, Invoicing is one product provided. You can build, send and receive invoices.
As well as view graphs of invoices sent or outstanding payments.
Examples of what the pages might look like:

About half way down there is a screenshot of a page with Recent Activity and Reports.
As well as a space efficient horizontal menu.
https://www.xero.com/au/accounting-software/invoicing/
Shows what the actual invoice page could look like, and a mobile version, which explains why I don't need it to scale to mobile.
They are displayed completely different.
I have rewritten my brief and removed links to my current site as I don't want a copy.
I want a fresh design. It provides web applications so must be professional, and make full use of the space available.
Also as been requested I have made it #featured and #guaranteed. And added a bonus $50 to the contest
So please feel free to clarify the requirements.
