Contest Brief
Hello,
I need a design for a website I built. I do not need any html or css code. Just a .psd of the design.
The website will be built with the bootstrap framework.
I will need a total of 3 page designs with their mobile/desktop mockups.
1. A design for the modal that pops up.
2. A design for the main web app which is a form. The form's length can be as long as the user wants as the fields are generated by the users preference. Please include a background design that can accommodate this.
3. A simple design to a success page after the form is submitted.
