Web site for financial trading company

Contest Brief

4 static web pages is all I need.

I'm looking for a graphic designer / HTML developer to build a web site for my Commodity Trading Advisor business. I'd like a simple, static site. Dynamic content or scripts are not needed. No database connectivity either.

The web site that you build should have the same look and feel as my pitchbook (attached). The site should have these pages:
1. A main page
2. A performance page
3. A contact page
4. An invest page

Here are some other sites from other commodity trading advisors that you can look at to get an example of what I'm trying to accomplish:

http://interactiveinvestments.com/#
Basic site with half a dozen pages.

http://www.altavestwealth.com/
Good example of a super small web site. It's essentially only one page, but contains a navbar that takes you to parts of that page. Small, but still looks pretty professional. It has features that I don't need, such as rotating text at the top, and different frames in the founders' section.

http://www.crescendocapitalmanagement.com/
Another basic site with several pages.

I'm in the same line of business as these sites, and we're all trying to provide basic information about our companies, contact information, and the types of trading that we do.

I am providing:
• My Logo (both a horizontal and vertical version)
• Logo information (colors and font used in the logo)
• Pitchbook: This is a marketing piece in PDF and PowerPoint form that you can use to familiarize yourself with the look and feel of my brand. Notice how the pitchbook uses the same colors that exist in my logo.
• Images (Building, Water, River, Waterfall): These are from my pitchbook and can be used on the web site. You don't have to use all of them on the web site. If you have better pictures, we could use them instead.
• Text for each of the web pages.

Deliverables:
• All source files (HTML, JPG, etc.)
• A URL where I can see the finished product

Other thoughts:
• The HTML work is pretty simple. I'm hoping for someone who is artistic enough to make this look good and professional.
• I'm open to either a straight HTML solution or maybe a Wordpress solution. I know nothing about Wordpress, so I might need a little coaching if that's the solution you have in mind.
• Note: I chose the category "Design a Website Mockup," but what I'm hoping to receive are actual, working web pages with working hyperlinks connecting one page to the other. Honestly, I don't know what the difference is between a "web site" and a "web site mockup."
